On the day of Our Lady of Childbirth, the church dedicated to her organized a special program in her honor. Located in the center of Rio de Janeiro, the Church of Our Lady of Childbirth focused its work in welcoming pregnant women seeking spiritual support.
Present at the celebration, the Action of Love of Christ the Redeemer offered services as blood pressure, glucose testing, guidelines on breast cancer, endometriosis and uterus, guidance on the dangers of alcohol and drugs in pregnancy, legal guidance on violence against women, campaign in defense of unborn life.
This action was carried out in partnership with the Nursing of the Veiga de Almeida University (UVA), with the Institute "I Defend", with Inca-leaflets and guidance, and the Catholic Psychologists.
